This policy explains what information Dare Entertainment Enterprises Inc. (“Chris Dare”, “we”, “us”) collects through www.chrisdare.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers the internal tools we use to manage our own Google Ads advertising.
Information you give us
When you submit the booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, and the event details you choose to share, such as the occasion, guest count, performance type, start time, and any notes. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you book, to plan and deliver your event.
You can also contact us directly by email or phone. We keep those messages so we can follow up with you.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, the referring site or ad, approximate location, and device and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our servers also record the IP address of form submissions to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose: website hosting and database providers, email delivery, calendar and scheduling tools, and workflow tools that help us draft replies to inquiries. These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Google Ads account data
We use private, internal tooling (“Chris Dare Ads”) that connects to the Google Ads API to manage our own Google Ads account. This tooling is used only by us, only on our own advertising account, and only to create and manage campaigns and to report on their performance. It does not access the Google account or Google data of website visitors or clients.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data accessed through this tooling is used only to provide and improve our own advertising management. It is not sold, transferred to third parties, used for serving advertisements to others, or used to train machine learning models, and is not read by a human except with the account owner’s consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
How long we keep information
We keep booking inquiries and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
How we protect it
Information is stored with reputable hosting providers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to Chris Dare and the service providers described above. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@chrisdare.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
The site is intended for adults booking entertainment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
